Leptokinesi: una nova mirada de benestar
A morning group workshop on Leptokinesi (wellness) held at Hotel Roc Blanc & Spa in Escaldes-Engordany. It runs 11:00–13:00 on 17 Oct 2026 and the listing states entry is free — a low-friction, learning-focused plan for a weekend morning.
What is it
A workshop-format talk focused on Leptokinesi, presented as a group learning session. The listing is an official-style event entry categorised under talks/workshops and hobbies-workshops, so expect instructor-led explanation plus practical group activities rather than a formal lecture.
Who is it for
People interested in wellness practices and practical, small-group learning. The two-hour morning slot suggests a measured pace — enough time for demonstration and hands-on participation. Precise age range and language are not specified in the listing.
Why go
It's free and short (two hours), which makes this a low-commitment way to sample Leptokinesi. The Hotel Roc Blanc & Spa venue gives a quietly domestic, hotel-spa setting that suits a relaxed, workshop atmosphere. The timing — a weekend late-morning slot — fits a local or short-trip plan.
How to prepare
Confirm registration and language before you go: the listing does not provide a registration link or language information. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for light movement. Arrive early to find the venue (Plaça Coprínceps, 5, Escaldes-Engordany) and allow time for check-in; bring any personal items you prefer for a wellness session (water, light layers).
