Club de lectura d'adults 2026 - 2027: Matermorfosis de Laura Tomàs

What is it

A community‑meetup / book‑club series listed on the municipal agenda. The programme centres on group discussion of Matermorfosis by Laura Tomàs and is presented as a recurring set of sessions held at the Biblioteca del Centre Cultural Lauredià.

Who is it for

Readers aged 16 and over who prefer a local, discussion‑oriented meeting in a library setting. The pace is community‑scale rather than theatrical or formal; this is for people who want a conversational, learning‑focused evening rather than a lecture or performance. Not described as family‑friendly.

Why go

It’s low‑cost and low‑friction: free entry at a municipal library makes it easy to try out. The library venue and municipal organiser point to a local, conversational atmosphere and a straightforward way to fit a culture stop into an evening. Because the series is recurring across early October–early November, you can plan around one session rather than a one‑off outing.

How to prepare

Confirm the exact session dates and start time before you go — the source lists a representative occurrence at 19:30 (local time) but also shows a conflicting start date in the text. There is no ticket or registration URL in the listing, so check the Comú de Sant Julià de Lòria or the library’s official programme for any required booking. Bring a copy of Matermorfosis by Laura Tomàs and anything you need for note‑taking.
