What is it

A concert-format sound‑bath performance: music-led, focused on resonant instruments such as Tibetan bowls (tags on the listing include Sound Bath, Tibetan Bowls, Wellness). The source is the venue's event page and presents it as a scheduled one‑hour concert on the evening stated.

Who is it for

People looking for a calm, meditative evening experience with sound-based relaxation are the most likely fit. The listing does not state an explicit audience or age guidance, so if you have specific access or participation needs check with the venue ahead of time.

Why go

It pairs a short, contained time commitment (one hour in the evening) with a wellness-oriented music format and a hotel spa venue — useful if you want a quiet, restorative evening activity. The ticket price (€15) keeps it low-cost compared with typical spa packages.

How to prepare

Confirm ticketing and whether you need to reserve: the listing does not provide a ticket or registration link and the organiser is not named. Wear comfortable clothes and consider bringing something to sit or lie on if you prefer (the listing doesn’t say what is supplied). Aim to arrive a few minutes early and silence phones; contact Hotel Roc Blanc & Spa if you need language, accessibility, or provision details.
