Xaranga Freak Frack Brothers - Shop in Andorra El Pas de la Casa

What is it

A cercavila musical (street parade) listed as a family-activity on the municipal agenda. The event title names the Xaranga Freak Frack Brothers; the schedule is split into two labelled segments ('Primer tram' and 'Segon tram'), each about an hour long, performed 'pels carrers del Pas de la Casa'. Organizer: Comú d'Encamp.

Who is it for

People who enjoy live street bands and informal outdoor performances, families with children (the listing is described as for 'grans i petits'), and anyone in town who prefers short, mobile music stops rather than a seated concert. The mobile format suits a relaxed, walk-and-watch pace.

Why go

It's free and staged in the town streets, so it's easy to drop in during a walk or shopping trip. The xaranga format (brass/percussion street band) typically creates an energetic, communal atmosphere that works well for mixed-age groups. Two separate one-hour trams give flexibility to attend morning or early afternoon.

How to prepare

Check the Comú d'Encamp programme or official site (encamp.ad) for the final route and any updates — the event data includes conflicting timestamp metadata, so verify timing. No tickets or registration are listed; assume the activity is outdoors (dress for November weather). If you need accessibility information or language details, contact the organizer because those specifics aren't provided.
