Cos Disponible. Contact Improvisació i Ecstatic Dance

Что это

Listed as a 'Workshop & Ecstatic Dance' session, presented by Associació Cultural Momentum and shown in a municipal agenda. The listing groups contact improvisation practice and ecstatic dance together and includes music/DJ among its themes. The schedule gives a single morning start time (10:30 local) but does not state an end time or a detailed programme in the listing.

Для кого

People interested in movement practice, improvised partner dance (contact improvisation) and open, DJ-led dance sessions. Expect a participatory, movement-focused morning rather than a passive performance. The listing does not state age ranges or specific accessibility details, so if you need those confirmed, check with the organiser.

Зачем идти

To work with contact improvisation techniques and then move in an ecstatic-dance format without a conventional concert structure; the listing’s tags include workshop, contact improvisació, ecstatic dance and DJ, which point to a practice-plus-dance format. Weekend morning timing is convenient for a focused workshop plus free dance, and the tiered pricing lets you join only the ecstatic-dance portion at a lower cost.

Как подготовиться

Register or check availability via the event’s form (the listing provides a Google Forms link). Note the start time is 10:30 local; the end time and full programme are not listed, so confirm schedule, booking/payment method, language used and any participant requirements with the organiser before you go. Wear clothes you can move in, bring water, and plan for an active, contact-based workshop.
